Health and Safety

  • Pre-appointment screenings
  • Appointment only, no walk-ins, you are able to call from the parking lot to see if we have time to take you as we will have limited space in our waiting area for social distancing
  • Hand sanitizer station at entryway as well as hand washing stations in the salon
  • Extensive disinfection procedures in between every single client
  • New capes and towels in between each client
  • All magazines, children’s toys and books have been removed from the salon
  • Each staff member is required to wear a mask at all times, as well as clients
  • Stations spaced out according to social distancing guidelines
  • Paper towels in bathrooms
  • “Power Hour” Ever few hours every high touch surface is wiped down and disinfected
  • Debit machine disinfected after each use
  • Fewer clients in the salon at a time
  • Physical barrier at front desk


If you have any symptoms and don’t pass the pre-appointment screening, you will be rescheduled.

If you show up with any symptoms you will be turned away.

  • We ask that ALL clients wear a mask before entering the building
  • Please refrain from bringing big bags or other personal items, minimize it to your phone and method of payment if you can. If bringing a bag, make sure it is able to sit on your lap for the duration of the appointment
  • Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment
  • We ask that you stay in your chair for your appointment unless you have to use the washroom
  • When looking at product, we would be happy to get it for you, although if you have touched a product we ask you bring it to the desk to get disinfected and not put it back on the shelf
  • To minimize the number of people in the salon, we ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. Children may be accompanied by 1 adult
  • All clients will be asked to use the sanitizer as you enter the building AND directed to one of our hand washing stations
  • There will be a small PPE fee added to each invoice
  • Please remember that the price of your appointment will be reflective of time that has passed since we last saw you! More time and more product will likely be required to have you looking back to your normal fabulous selves!
  • Our stylists have the right to refuse services to any clients that do not follow our protocols or have any signs of illness that aren’t related to pre-existing conditions.
